WHAT WE COLLECT
When you book an appointment, purchase a gift card, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Appointment history and service preferences
- Health information you provide on your intake form, including medical
history, current conditions, medications, and areas of concern
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider
We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Payments are handled by MassageBook Pay and Goddy, and card information is stored securely by that provider.

WHO CAN SEE YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION
Your intake form and session notes are treated as confidential. They are accessible only to the therapist providing your care. We may share information only when:
- You give us written permission
- It is required by law or court order
- It is necessary to protect someone from serious harm
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use trusted third-party services to operate this business, including our online booking system and payment processor. These providers have access only to the information needed to perform their function, and are required to protect it.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you provide your mobile number, you may receive appointment reminders and confirmations. You may also opt in to receive promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your mobile opt-in information or phone number with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to send you messages related to your appointments and services with Rachael’s Massage and Wellness Spa.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
All services provided are therapeutic and professional in nature. Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation, relieve muscular tension, and improve circulation and mobility. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
This is a professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or requests of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session. The full service fee will be charged, and you will not be permitted to book again.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged 20% of the service price. A valid credit card is required to book online as a new client. By booking, you authorize us to charge that card in accordance with this policy.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full session. If another appointment follows yours, the session will end at its scheduled time and the full price still applies.
HEALTH INFORMATION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information on your intake form, and for informing us of any changes to your health before each session. Massage may not be appropriate in certain conditions, including but not limited to fever or acute illness, contagious skin conditions, recent surgery, blood clots or a history of them, uncontrolled high blood pressure, and certain stages of pregnancy. We reserve the right to decline or modify a session if we believe massage would not be safe for you. Prenatal massage is available after 12 weeks of pregnancy. If your pregnancy is high-risk or you have complications, please obtain your doctor's approval before booking.
PRESSURE AND COMFORT
You may ask for the pressure to be adjusted, for work on a specific area to stop, or for the session to end at any time, for any reason. You will remain draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid online. We accept credit cards, cash, gift cards, Zelle.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
TIPPING
Gratuity is not expected and is entirely at your discretion.
MINORS
We do not provide services to clients under 18.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you.
