What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged 20% of the service price.

What if I’m running late?

Let me know as soon as you can. I’ll do my best to give you the full session, but if there’s an appointment after yours, we’ll work with the time remaining and the full price still applies.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. You can add a tip online when you pre-pay, or in person after your session.

Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?

Accepted Answer

I don’t bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. If your plan reimburses massage therapy, I’m happy to provide a receipt with my license information.
